Order Completion
As most items in our inventory are unique pieces, in rare occasions it could happen that an item is sold in our shop in Singapore before we processed your internet order. You can avoid this by calling us before you place an order, so we can confirm availability and reserve the item for you for a day.
Orders will only be completed upon receipt of funds, and after verification against inaccuracies or errors in the item description and technical malfunctioning of the e-commerce software.
Only 3-D secure credit card payments will be accepted. 3-D secure payments are also known as "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" and require a (one-time) password, typically sent via SMS by the issuing bank. If you don't have access to this mode of payment, please contact us for details on how to transfer the funds to our bank account.
If your order cannot be completed for any reason, we will notify you by email and refund your payment as soon as possible.
Shipping
Sun Sun Jewelry provides free shipping on all gold and silver jewelry. A shipping charge applies for all other items shipped outside Singapore.
Items will usually ship the next working day. We use SpeedPost Island-wide Courier within Singapore and SpeedPost World-wide Courier (EMS) for international destinations.
8 Days Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of the products shipped by Sun Sun Jewelry, we'll be happy to refund your payment. To qualify for a refund, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us within 8 days after receiving your shipment. We will send you an email with return shipping instructions.
Once Sun Sun Jewelry has received your returned item, we will process your return within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification of any returned credit. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, Sun Sun Jewelry will notify you via telephone or email.
To receive a credit for the return of an item, merchandise must be in like-new condition with no visible damage or wear. If damage is found to have been caused by the customer, an email notification will be sent and item(s) will be shipped back at the customer's expense. No return credit will be provided.
To prevent misuse of our return policy, only a single return per month will be allowed per customer.
